The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) helps students who have passed the JEE Mains exams get into some of the best engineering schools in the country through online JEE Main counseling.
The officials have not yet stated when the JEE Main counseling will take place. Taking into account how things have gone in the past, we think that JoSSA will soon announce the date of the JEE Mains Counselling application. The candidates can look forward to the start of the JoSAA JEE Main counseling on June 10, 2024.

Who Can Take Part in The JEE Main Counselling 2024?
Those who want to take part in the future JoSAA JEE Mains counseling can see if they meet the following requirements to register for the counseling:
- These are the people who took and passed the JEE Main 2024 exams held by NTA.
- People who get a score of “Advanced” on the JEE can apply to IITs.
- Those who want to apply must have passed the class 12 test from a recognized board with at least 75% in PCM (65% for SC/ST candidates).
The requirements for getting into participating IITs, NITs, IITs, and GFITs can be different based on the schools’ needs. Students will soon be able to check their eligibility once the JoSAA sends out the notification for the JEE Mains counseling.
How to Get Help for the JoSSA JEE Main 2024 Exam
Those who want to go through JEE Mains counseling must first know how the process works so they can follow the steps.

- Visit the JoSAA website that was stated above.
- Go to the JoSAA website and look for “New Registration.”
- On the next page, enter your JEE Main application number, password, and PIN.
- Next, carefully read the directions and click the “I Agree” button.
- Now you can get to the form for counseling and carefully fill in all the necessary information.
- Next, confirm that you want to join and save your information on the site.
People don’t have to pay to register, but they do have to pay a seat acceptance fee to secure the places they’ve been given. In the next step of the application process, before the deadline, candidates will list the schools they want to attend.

Once the places are locked, the candidates must go to the designated reporting center to have their documents checked. After getting approved, candidates must pay the tuition fee at the chosen college within a certain amount of time set by the government.
